Within the great dharmic traditions, it is understood that all genuine progress on the spiritual path rests upon the sincerity of the heart. Without this inner transformation, even the most profound teachings are difficult to truly receive.
Among stone villages and rolling fields in Southern France, Sacred Realms & High Magic is an unhurried, deep-practice Kundalini yoga retreat devoted cultivating the dharmic honesty of the heart, both as an attainment in and of itself, but also as the ground from which higher skill naturally unfolds.
Over the course of our time together, we will practice and explore:
Rare Kundalini yoga for stretching and strengthening the body, physically and spiritually, and deepening the nervous system and glands.
Extended archival practices for opening and dwelling in the tranquility of the heart.
The Panj Shabad, together with additional bij mantras, sounds, colors, and mudras related to the understanding, empowerment, and skillful wielding of the tattvas—the elements of earth, air, water, fire, and ether.
And enjoy:
Field walks, contemplative art experiences, and spacious integration.
Long meals, warm conversation, and the subtle nourishment of being together.
Expect deep practice, time in nature, ritual meals, flowers, chants, candlelight, poetry, and the rare pleasure of relaxed community.

The daily rhythm
Sacred Realms & High Magic will begin Wednesday, October 21, 2026 at 3:30pm and conclude on Sunday, October 25 at 9:00am local time.
Across the retreat, we will progressively cultivate deeper relaxation within the body and more refined perceptual and elemental skill.
While each day will differ slightly in emphasis and content, the retreat will move within a shared rhythm similar to the following:
4:00am — Special Amrit Vela Sadhana for Greater Sensitivity
7:00am — Light Breakfast Featuring Local and Seasonal Fare
9:30am — Extended Full Body Kriya & Deep Meditation
12:30pm — Fresh Ayurvedic Lunch
2:30pm — Contemplative Art Session
4:00pm — Tattva Practice: Earth, Air, Water, Fire, Eather
6:30pm — Communal Farm-to-Table Dinner
8:30pm — Sacred & Celestial Sounds
Meals together & earth to table
Shared meals are a central part of Sacred Realms & High Magic.
To eat in beauty, relaxation, and good company is itself restorative to the nervous system and subtle field.
Throughout the retreat, breakfast, lunch, and evening dinner will be served family-style at the château table, allowing nourishment to unfold communally and without hurry.
Meals will be prepared daily by our private chef using seasonal and regionally sourced ingredients, with an emphasis on freshness, vitality, and connection to the land itself.
Expect earthy vegetables, local cheeses and yogurts, regional oils, honeys, jams, fresh breads, and heritage dishes rooted in the flavors and rhythms of Southern France.
The château, rooms & pricing
Sacred Realms & High Magic will be held at a private historic country home in Lautrec, France.
A relaxed beauty of stone buildings dating from the 12th through 19th centuries, the château has been lovingly preserved by the same family across generations.
Sacred Realms & High Magic retreat will have exclusive access to the 10 acres of countryside, Italian-style gardens, swimming pool, reading rooms, and peaceful spaces throughout the property.

Getting here
By Air: Fly into Toulouse–Blagnac Airport (TLS) or Castres–Mazamet Airport (DCM).
By Train: High-speed rail to Gare de Toulouse-Matabiau or Vielmur-sur-Agout.
Transfers: Transportation to and from the retreat château will be coordinated from Toulouse and nearby arrival points.
